We are looking for partners in each state to help us launch and run new communities. Key to the success of VirginiaEquestrian.com and KentuckyEquestrian.com has been the person who runs the community. We are looking for people who live in the state; who ride horses and/or are very close to the local equestrian community; and who have an entrepreneurial spirit. We will provide you with a website, ready to go, and all the technical tools you need to get started. Your job is to promote the site locally, encourage folks to become members, and to generally grow your community. As your community grows, you will have the ability to generate an income through:
- Sponsorships in exchange for promotions on the site (banner ads), in your newsletter, and even video advertising on the front page
- Equestrian Estate listings. Though our classifieds, Green Pages, Calendar and Articles are all free for members, we do charge $50 for a 60 day ad in our Equestrian Estates real estate section. This is very popular on VirginiaEquestrian.com
- Gold Pass Memberships. A Gold Pass Member is a trusted member who pays $100 a year to bypass approvals. He or she can post classifieds, Green Pages, Calendar events and Articles immediately, without having to wait for someone to review and approve it. For truck dealers, trailers dealers, and folks who want to post often on the site, this is a great way to get their listings up quickly.
- 3rd party ad services. As your traffic grows, we can help you generate revenue from ad services such as Google Adsense and others.
We provide the website, the domain name, and quite a bit of help and support. You provide the love and attention! If you live in one of these states, and are interested in running your own community, please let us know. Most of these domain names are “parked” until we find a partner in the respective state. The states marked as “reserved” have existing partners and will be launched soon.
